Online Returns Policy

Please note, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Guilty of Glam E-Gift Card. Guilty of Glam does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for refund on all qualified items. Within 14 days from your receipt of delivery, you may initiate a return for qualified merchandise.

• If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days from your receipt of delivery.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags
• All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Guilty of Glam E-Gift Card. 

Contact info@guiltyofglam.com to begin the return. Please include your full name and order number in the message. Allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our distribution center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Guilty of Glam E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable immediatley!
